Directions:

For a refreshing lift to your day, pour 1 cup of hot (not boiling) water over one Green Tea Kyoto Mint tea bag and steep gently for 2 to 4 minutes. Enjoy the aroma of mint before adding sweetener to taste. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day for overall antioxidant and health benefit.

Easy Yoga for Improved Digestion
Sit on your heels and interlock your fingers behind your head, palms on your neck. Inhale deeply, then exhale and slowly bring your forehead to the floor. Try to keep your spine straight. Then inhale again as you slowly come up. Continue the motion for 1-3 minutes, breathing powerfully through the nose. Then sit up straight, take a few deep breaths and relax.
