How much protein do you need? Depending upon your activity level, age, body size and your goals: 20-25 grams of protein per serving. Mix 1 scoop of PVL Whey Maxx in 6-8 fl oz of cold water = 24 grams of protein. 30-36 grams of protein per serving: Mix 1 1/2 scoops of PVL Whey Maxx in 8 -12 fl oz of cold water = 36 grams of protein. 40 - 48 grams of protein per serving: Mix 2 scoops of PVL Whey Maxx in 8 - 16 fl oz of cols water = 48 grams of protein. Suggested Use: Shake or mix 2 scoops of PVL Whey Maxx with 240 - 480 ml (8 - 16 fl oz) of cold water, drink one shake first thing in the morning and a second immediately after training, or whenever you want an extra shoot of protein.
