Encapsulated Vitex fruit provided in a once daily dosage based on research conducted in Germany as stated in Commission E monograph revised December 1992.

Usage: Vitex is a woman's dietary supplement, traditionally used for menstrual difficulties. Vitex has been heavily researched in Europe. It is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman's life.*

Recommended Daily Dosage: Take one capsule two to three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter take one capsule daily. Vitex works slowly so it is best if used long term.

Primary Ingredients:

Vitex 400 mg

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Millet

Quality Issues: Each capsule contains 40 mg of Vitex agnus castus in an herbal base of millet.
