A special adhesive holds the strip comfortable in place. To release the mentholated vapors, simply apply the nasal strip and scratch gently. Size is important. Get the right size for maximum benefit: Sm/Med: Fits most adult noses. The majority of adults have small to average size noses. Large: For an adult with a larger nose.
