  Spice Rub - Pueblo, 2.5 ozDescription Pueblo Rub brings authentic, south-of-the-border savor to your favorite meat, poultry, fish, and vegetable recipes. Mellow ancho chiles and aromatic Mexican oregano team with cilantro, cumin, cocoa powder, and garlic to impart a perfect balance of fire and spice to everything from grilled skirt steaks, pots of chili, and salsas to crisp quesadillas. Make your palate dance like a jumping bean! Ingredients Minced garlic, ancho pepper, cumin, minced onion, cocoa, red pepper, Mexican oregano, cilantro. Directions Rub surface of uncooked foods with one tablespoon Pueblo Rub per pound of food. Drizzle with olive oil, and/or citrus juices, and sprinkle with salt if desired. Grill, broil or bake. If sautéing, add Pueblo Rub to cooking oil or basic ingredients. Try using in place of chili powder for unique and more complex flavor.
