Recommended Dosage for Oöna: For women who are experiencing symptoms, we recommend a ?loading? period when beginning Oöna, followed by a ?maintenance? period. The loading period is 2 tablets taken 3 times a day. A woman will continue two tablets, three times a day, until the symptoms begin to subside. This will be between 10 days and 2 weeks. (approximately 1 box of Oöna). When symptoms begin to subside, she will switch to a maintenance regime which is 1 tablet 2 to 4 times a day.
