Directions
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Fill your Neti Pot with warm water and a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti Pot Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropper full to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to insure even distribution of the oils.
