Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion in original packaging with your invoice within 30 days from delivery date for a refund, less shipping. We cannot process returns after 30 days. Please contact us for authorization before returning product, unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return. All others of the same item must be in factory sealed original packaging for a refund.

Online:
We host our store with Yahoo Servers. They use the highest encryption for your security and protection when placing an order online. Simply enter the items you would like to purchase into your shopping basket. When you have completed your shopping click on Check Out and follow the easy to use directions.

Payment Choices
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please note, each time 'Place Order' is selected your card will be charged, so only click this option once. Orders placed by mail can be paid by credit card, check or money order. Please ensure all checks have name and address pre-printed.
Sales Tax
Orders sent to Ohio will automatically be charged sales tax. Other USA and International destinations are not charged sales tax.
When will your order be delivered?
Our goal is to ship your order quickly and completely. Please add Order Processing time + Shipping time, shown below.
Order Processing time is usually ship in 1-7 business days. We stock thousands of top sellers in our warehouse. If the items you ordered are these top sellers, your order should ship by the next business day. The lower selling specialty products are ordered in from the manufacturers to ensure you receive only the freshest products. These can take up to 7 days for us to receive. We then promptly ship your order out when it is complete.
Did you know...? Many natural products become less effective with age, making it especially important not to have them sit too long in a warehouse or store shelf. Products sit in our warehouse on average less than 2 weeks, about 1/10th the industry average. To get any fresher product, you'd have to go to visit the manufacturer!
Shipping Time
We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience. We use FedEx, UPS or US Mail to deliver your order. We currently offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on orders over $50.00 (see details at bottom of page).

Please Note: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays. If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.
Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands may be subject to a shipping surcharge. Shipments sent to these locations are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Backorders
If you do not receive your entire order, the remaining items will be placed on backorder and will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as the item(s) are back in stock. You may contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund.
After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding box and packing material. In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package, this is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.
If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.
Order Status & Tracking
You will be sent confirmation of your online order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. When your order ships, you will also be sent a package tracking number with instructions on how to track your package. If you do not receive an email confirmation please call our Customer Service Department or send an email to customerservice@MyVitanet.com.

International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries outside the USA.
For your protection, MyVitanet.com will send any order valued at $100 or more via Global Express, which is a trackable method.
The shipping and handling charge is calculated according to your order's weight and shipping destination. Prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Your order may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees.
Undeliverable or Refused packages: If your order is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, you will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to MyVitanet.com for the return of the package, plus a 15% restocking fee. If the cost to return the goods to us is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you order from us.
You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to MyVitanet.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the customer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only minus 10 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
Changing your Order
Because the order is printed during processing, additional items cannot be added to your order once it has gone to our warehouse, this includes substitutions. If you want to make a change, please call us as soon as possible after placing the order and we will do our best to help. Once an order is in the warehouse for processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
