How can I place my order?

We host our store with Yahoo Servers. They use the highest encryption for your security and protection when placing an order online. Simply enter the items you would like to purchase into your shopping basket. When you have completed your shopping click on Check Out and follow the easy to use directions.

You can also fax your order to us by completing your order online as you would if you were using a credit card but before the computer asks for your credit card information print that page. Then fax all information to us at 614.798.8510

Orders may be placed online or via fax, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover

Mail orders can be paid by credit card, check or money order.

If you would like to send check or money order please complete your order online as you would if you were using a credit card but before the computer asks for your credit card information print that page be sure your ship to information is shown on the sheet and send to:

In stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Out of stock items usually ship within 2 to 7 business days.

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

****IMPORTANT****

Please note only one opened package of any product is eligible for a return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for a refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of shipment.

Included with the item(s) you would be returning please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Also please make note of a phone number or email address you are easily contacted at just in case we would have any questions for you.

Once your return has been received we will contact you by email to let you know that we have received your package and refunded your credit card. Please allow 2-4 business days for any refunds to post to your account.

Cancellations/Returns-Restocking fees:

After an order is placed if it is cancelled for any reason there is a 10% cancellation charge.

Product returns are charged a 10% restocking fee.
