Ingredients

Eucalyptus leaf [PhEur]** 210 mg, licorice root [PhEur]** 175 mg, organic slippery elm bark [USP]** 175 mg, organic wild cherry bark [BHP]** 175 mg, elecampane rhizome 140 mg, organic marshmallow root [PhEur]** 35 mg. Proprietary blend: organic spearmint leaf, organic West Indian lemongrass leaf, organic lemon peel, organic stevia leaf, organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora).

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

Drink 3 or more cups daily as needed. To enhance benefits, add honey, especially in dry climates.
