Organically grown Echinacea purpurea combined with a popular form of Vitamin C and calcium, Esther C.

Usage: Echinacea purpurea helps promote general well-being in the cold and flu season. Esther C is a patented form of Vitamin C and calcium which strengthens a number of the bodies systems.*

Recommended Daily Dosage: 400 mg per capsule. (300 mg per capsule, 500 % U.S. RDA of Vitamin C). Take one to two capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes. After taking Echinacea for six to eight weeks, a two-week break is recommended.
