Certified organically grown Echinacea purpurea and a special blend of traditional herbs, including Golden Seal root and Cayenne Pepper, to help support a healthy lifestyle.

Usage: Echinacea promotes well being during cold and flu season, and supports the immune system, it is combined with other herbs traditionally used for the same purpose and to promote general well being.*

Recommended Daily Dosage: 450 mg per capsule. Take two to three capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes or prepared as a tea.
