Usage: Cranberry fruit helps maintain a healthy urinary tract by inhibiting the adhesion of E. coli bacteria to the lining of the bladder.*

Recommended Daily Dosage: Take two to three capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes. For intensive use take four to five capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes.
