Recommended Daily Dosage: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take one or two capsules once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children 2 to under 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a doctor
