Use it at bedtime To help yourself relax and get a good night’s sleep, just rub a drop or two of Breathe! into the palms of your hands and cup them over your face. Now take a deep breath and inhale the penetrating vapors. Close your eyes, relax, and let the aromatic essences rise through your nostrils, drift gently into your sinuses, fill your lungs, and spread their soothing influence throughout your entire body. Pack some in your travel bag If you’re a frequent flyer you know how dry and irritated your nasal passages can feel at the end of even a short flight. That’s because the same filters that remove airborne particles from the atmosphere inside the craft also tend to pull out moisture, rendering it desert-dry. Breathe! is your solution.
