Our research showed us that three important changes were needed to provide the best possible product.

Increase the concentration of the nutrient and enzyme-rich green food. Avoid the use of filler and emulsi-fier ingredients like lecithin,* and apple pectin because they add little nutritional value and displace more nutrient-dense ingredients. Make sure each ingredient is supplied in quantities sufficient enough to provide optimal nutritional value.
