Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, use 1 Ave packet per day. Add Ave packet to 8 oz. of cold water, mix or shake thoroughly and drink within 30 minutes. Do not store after mixing. Ave can also be mixed with other beverages, but only those providing less than 10mg of vitamin C per 8 oz. serving.
