Directions:

For best tea infusion, per 8 oz boiling water over one Joint Comfort™ tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently squeeze each tea bag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water. For daily joint maintenance, drink one cup with each meal.

Easy Yoga For the Joints
Sit on the floor with your legs extended and stretched as far apart as comfortably possible. Keeping your legs straight, bend forward and hold onto your heels with your hands. If you are unable to reach your heels, hold the farthest part of your leg that you can comfortably reach. Bend forward and bring your forehead as close to the floor as you can. Hold this position and breathe long and deep through the nose for 1-3 minutes. then take a deep breath, slowly sit up straight and relax.
