Aloe MAXLAX is a powerful, all-natural stimulant laxative.

Usage: Aloe MAXLAX is specially formulated for those with tough constipation. It delivers relief of occasional constipation and irregularity. This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.*

Recommended Daily Dosage: 455 mg per capsule. Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take one capsule at bedtime or when needed, with a full eight ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours.

Usage Warnings: Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If sudden change in bowel habits persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Do not take during pregnancy.

Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

Not recommended for use by elderly patients.

Q. How does the strength of this product compare to other laxatives?

A. The strength of Aloe ferox varies. Any product containing Aloe resin powder will exert a strong cathartic effect. Herbal laxatives by strength (generalized) are Aloe resin powder, Senna Leaves, and then Cascara Sagrada.

Q. What is latex? A. Latex is a bitter yellow substance that is produced by the aloe plant just under the skin or covering of the plant.

Q. Of your Aloe products which is the mildest laxative? A. The Nature's Way line currently carries three Aloe Vera products: Aloe Vera Herbal Stimulant Laxative (green label), Aloe MAX LAX, and AloeLax. The Aloe Vera Single is the mildest of the three products.

Q. What part of the Aloe Vera plant is used in this product? A. We use both Aloe Vera resin powder and Aloe Vera leaf.
