Nature's Way 100% pure pharmaceutical grade Alpha Lipoic acid with Rosemary is 100% natural and contains no common food allergens.

Usage: Alpha Lipoic Acid is essential for energetic metabolism and prevents destruction of other antioxidants. It is also helpful as an antioxidant by itself, as well as being useful in restoring and reusing other antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and GSH glutathione. It has been used to delay onset of Type I diabetes and improve blood sugar response.*

Recommended Daily Dosage: Take one capsule daily with a meal or water.
